The narrow abrasive belt mainly focuses on the edges and contours, with minimum pressure applied to the surface. ​

The wide abrasive belt sweeps on the entire surface to further clean off leftover stubborn slags.

Magnetic conveyor with adjustable magnetic force

Additional cross belt station with de-slagging blocks to handle the parts with heavier slags (optional)
